Despatch Times

Your order will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days of it being placed. Please note that at busy time such as sale periods or over Bank Holidays it may take longer to send your order. If there is to be a delay in despatch, you will be contacted by email.

Please note that the shop is closed on Mondays so orders may not be packed or despatched on that day.

Product Availability

Please bear in mind that Sew Unique operates as both an online shop and a physical shop on a busy high street. Whilst we endeavour to keep stock levels as up to date as possible at all times, there may be occasions where the fabric you ordered may not be available. If this is the case you will be contacted as soon as possible and issued a full refund or alternative options.

In Store Collection

If you would like to click and collect your order from the shop, please select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready to collect.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate dependant on your total basket value.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48hour tracked services.
