Returns

As fabrics are cut to order they are non-returnable.Handmade bags and accessories are made to order they are non-returnable.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or has a fault, please get in touch via email to salessewunique@gmail.com within 48hrs of delivery to arrange a return for refund/exchange.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of a return.

Pre-Washing, Laundering & Shrinkage

It is highly recommended that you test wash a sample of your fabric first - to avoid any mishaps!

We recommend that where appropriate, all fabrics are pre-washed before use, to remove excess dyes, chemicals and shrinkage. As it is common for some fabrics to shrink a little on their first wash, please allow for this when considering fabric requirements for your project.

We cannot accept responsibility for fabrics which become damaged after delivery or for shrinkage post laundering.

Specific laundry instructions are not available for all fabrics, particularly ex-designer and deadstock fabrics where the fabric composition is sometimes unknown.
